Welcome to Building Blocks Psychology
Empowering growth, block by block.
Building Blocks Psychology is a psychology clinic based in the Sutherland Shire that specialises in assessing and working therapeutically with neurodiversity and various mental health challenges in children, adolescents and young adults (aged 25 and under). Our team is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for young individuals to thrive and grow. We offer a range of services, including psychological assessments, therapy, and supports for families.

Building Blocks Psychology provides diagnostic assessments for children, teens and young adults for autism ("ASD"), ADHD, specific learning disorders (dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia), intellectual disability and giftedness.
We provide cognitive assessments for adults of all ages. This includes updated assessments of intellectual disability.

At Building Blocks Psychology, we provide therapy support for young people aged 5 - 25 years old. We help across a range of mental health concerns and neurodiversity supports. We also help with adjusting to life transitions.
We also provide sessions for parents to support parenting a neurodivergent child.

Building Blocks Psychology offers group programs to support mental health and well-being. Our group programs help build skills in a supportive peer environment.
We run group programs for young people in primary school and high school, as well as parenting support programs. We also offer intensive groups in the school holidays.
